Produced by San Giorgio in Puglia, Torreserro combines late-harvest tradition and Puglia’s native grapes Primitivo, Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera. The result is an outstanding full-bodied dry Passito wine.
GRAPES : Blend of red grapes from the Apulia region.
VINIFICATION : Fermentation with maceration for 10 days at controlled temperature (22-24° C) followed by drawing off and gentle pressing
COLOUR : Deep ruby red with a garnety rim
AROMAS : Intense aromas of ripe red fruit and dried fruit, especially plum, enhanced by notes of vanilla and chocolate.
