The name Cucielo is inspired by the annual migration of the cuckoo, which flies the entire length of Italy on its voyage from west Africa to Scotland.

Aromas of caramelised orange and rhubarb; subtle vanilla, anise & cloves; balanced by warm peppery notes, orange & raisins.
Created to be one of the most versatile vermouth’s: aperitivo (Americano, negroni, spritz) classic and modern cocktails, and over ice – cucielo con ghiaccio.
