CHÂTEAU D’ARCINS is today considered one of the oldest estates in the Haut-Médoc, with vines first planted in the 14th century at the behest of the Knights Templar.
Château d’Arcins is a rich, well-balanced Haut-Médoc. Concentrated aromas of red fruits are offset by more nuanced notes of orange peel. A harmonious blend of flavours is held together by a luscious, warm, and ultimately robust structure. This full bodied wine is a fine representation of its Haut-Médoc terroir.
TASTING NOTES
Château D’Arcins offers a deep, dark crimson colour.
The nose develops attractive aromas of black fruit and mocha.
The powerful palate is characterised by luxurious tannins softened by notes of eucalyptus which give this wine its freshness and complexity.
