The grapes used in this wine are sourced from our vineyards in Maipo, a valley renowned for its ideal conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. Alluvial and colluvial soil with some gravel and clay. Temperate Mediterranean climate influenced by the Andes, which produces sharp differences between day and night temperatures and grapes of superb fruit expression.
TASTING NOTES
Deep garnet color with ruby red sparks. The nose expresses aromas of licorice, ripe dark fruit and well-integrated oak notes. Full-bodied mouth, complex profile driven by ripe dark fruit and red fruit with juicy acidity, blood-like notes and delicate tannins. Pleasant and prolonged hints of pepper surface on its finish.

Tenderloin with bacon and caramelized onions, pickled hare, roasted duck supreme with wine sauce.
