This is an intense dark red wine, with magnificent shiny reflections. The nose reveals peppermint as well as ripe berry scents. After a fresh, velvet attack on the palate, one can feel the roundness of Melot Le Confidentiel thanks to its perfectly melted tannis.

This wine wonderfully partners dry sausages, ham and other cooked pork meats, but also dishes with a sauce and goat cheese.
