Sparkling Angel is the fruit of our passion for going above and beyond; for never imposing limits on our work. First, we selected grapes from our coastal vineyard at Zapallar. Then, in the winery, Sparkling Angel spent three years on its lees resulting in a sparkling wine of great elegance.

Palate : Well balanced with good acidity and fine, crisp foam. Creamy and silky on the mid-palate with a fresh, fruity, and persistent finish.
Origin : Zapallar
Ageing : Champagnes spend 24 months on their lees; for Montes Sparkling Angel, it is 36.
Aromas: White flowers, fresh fruits, breadcrumbs, and light toast, with notes of dried fruit, hazelnut, and walnut.
Varietals : 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay
